Internal sensor controls ion balance to +/-3 volts with optional remote sensor that allows for quick connect “automatic calibration”
Hatfield , PA., September 25, 2008 – Using SSDC ion technology, the PC2 Benchtop Ionizing Air Blower has exceptional performance in protecting the most sensitive ESD components in critical applications. The PC2 has superior ion balance and precision control that is maintained & monitored via an internal sensor to +/-3 volts. The PC2 offers the option of connecting to a remote sensor which maintains ion balance to +/-1 volt at the target location. This “automatic calibration” allows for quick connect of the PC2.
LED status/alarm lights on the front of the PC2 provide monitoring of the following critical functions: Power, Ion Output, Ion Balance, System Fault, Stalled Fan, and when Emitter Service is required. Additional features include: Universal voltage input, and an integrated emitter point cleaner for easy maintenance.
