The Simco’ fusION is a miniature bi-polar corona air ionizer capable of controlling electrostatic charge in the local area. Applications for fusION are those found inside process equipment and mini-environments in the semiconductor, flat panel display, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. It is especially well suited for applications with space constraints, low ambient airflow and low clearance conditions.

IONforce Ion Bar

The Simco’ IONforce ion bar provides rapid neutralization of static charges and prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) in applications such as cleanrooms and workstations. Powered with a Simco’ PFC or VisION Controller unit, the IONforce bar produces positive and negative ions that rapidly neutralize any potentially destructive charges in the work area.

Scorpion3 with air assist capability is a high performance ionization bar designed to exceed the most demanding application requirements in the semiconductor industry. The Air Assist Scorpion3 product is designed to enhance the delivery of ions to a target area by use of compressed CDA or nitrogen directed through the body of the product and out around the ion emitter electrodes. Benefits of air assist include improved discharge times, balance, and extended maintenance intervals.
